Resources from Digital Marketer

  • Digital Marketing Lab – $1 trial – If you want a library of resources, how-to, and virtual recipes on how to execute over 20 fundamental components of a digital marketing strategy, DM Lab is a great place to start.
  • The Machine – This is a high-end ($2K) training program for automated email campaigns using tools like Infusionsoft.  It works on other email auto-responders, but for Infusionsoft, it comes with deployment.  Even if you’re not going to buy it, at least watch the video to see what professional campaigns can do for you.  Then, if you’re working with me through PrimaryGoals, I can perform a licensed deployment to your Infusionsoft system for a fraction of that price.

Digital Marketer Certification Courses

I’ve personally taken every one of the courses below.  All are very good.  The links take you to the detailed descriptions.  If you’re working with me through PrimaryGoals, I also have an option to offer you a membership program that gets you access to the entire course library for a small monthly fee.

  • Conversion Funnel Mastery – Personally, I believe this course should be required for EVERY person trying to sell their products or services online.  It teaches the fundamental principles of how to take a prospect from not knowing who you are, through where they are an advocate on your behalf.  Plus, as a business owner, this training will make you a much better customer of marketing services because you’ll be able to make better, and more informed requests of whoever is managing your marketing for you.
  • Email Mastery
  • Social & Community Mastery
  • Paid Traffic Mastery – This one is all about Facebook ads, Google AdWords, and other places you can pay to drive traffic to your site.
  • Optimization and Testing Mastery – this one is only relevant if you already have a site up, and especially if you are selling a product or service.  The content is a bit dry, but if you want to increase how effective your site is at reaching your goals, this is the one for you, or perhaps the person on your team tasked with optimization.

Other Tools

  • UpViral – This is like an instant affiliate program.  If you have a webinar, product, or service that people have to sign up for, you typically give a “thank you” page at the end.  UpViral extends this by allowing you to offer rewards or acknowledgment for your subscribers to share.  So if somebody signs up (“Susan,” for example), then Susan gets a custom link to share.  Then anybody that follows Susan’s shared link is automatically credited back to Susan, allowing you to reward her however you choose.
  • ChangeDetection.com (FREE) – lets you monitor any page on the web.  When content on that page changes, you get an email.  It’s good if you are watching your competitors, or perhaps for a sale, or even a job posting.  You can also do a search on twitter, then monitor that search page to get notified of all tweets in your search.
