Look!

A quick, fun activity that gets groups laughing and making lots of noise.
(Presented by Megan Kennedy in Module 5, day 4, just after Market Place)

Get in a circle of people of about 15 or less.
(The number is not rigid, but too many people make it work less well)

Everybody stares down at their shoes, then in unison yell out:

One, Two, Three, LOOK!

At that point, everybody looks up at one other person in the circle.

If any two people are both looking at each other, then both scream really loud, then both step out of the circle together.  The remaining people in the group repeat the exercise, until it’s down to just one or two people.

COMPANY PROFILE

Primary Goals sits at the intersection of three core ideas about communication:
  • Leaders create vision by communicating a compelling future to their teams.
  • Teams create success based on how effectively the communicate and coordinate with each other.
  • Entrepreneurial ventures are successful only when they communicate value to people with a concern that the business can take care of
In all cases, it’s about Conversations for Committed Results.  That’s our Primary Goal.
