Shake Out!

A quick physical activity to shake out whatever was (or was not) going on.

(Presented by Megan Kennedy in Module 5, day 4, just after Market Place)

Everybody stands in a large circle.

Presenter indicates we all shake out our right hand above our head 8 times,
then our left hand,
then our right foot,
then our left foot.

Then repeat, only for 4 times,
then again for 2 times,
then finally for 1 time.

The group counts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 for each limb in unison.

The entire thing takes maybe 3 minutes to present and do.
It’s more quick, energizing and fun than it sounds.

COMPANY PROFILE

Primary Goals sits at the intersection of three core ideas about communication:
  • Leaders create vision by communicating a compelling future to their teams.
  • Teams create success based on how effectively the communicate and coordinate with each other.
  • Entrepreneurial ventures are successful only when they communicate value to people with a concern that the business can take care of
In all cases, it’s about Conversations for Committed Results.  That’s our Primary Goal.
